General approach
MACC sells technical materials. Many products cannot be returned once opened, mixed, altered, or used. Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, and fulfillment path.
When in doubt, contact us before shipping anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
Eligible returns
Where a return is accepted, items must typically be unused, unopened (where applicable), in original packaging, and returned within the timeframe and process MACC specifies when your return is approved.
Proof of purchase from MACC (order confirmation or invoice) is usually required.
Non-returnable items
Items that are custom, made to order, hazardous, opened chemicals, cut-to-length materials, clearance or final sale, or otherwise unsuitable for resale may not be returnable.
Products fulfilled directly by a supplier or drop-ship partner may follow that partner’s return rules; MACC will advise when you contact us.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact MACC promptly with photos and your order details. We will work with you on a resolution that may include replacement, return, or refund, subject to verification.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method when possible. Timing may depend on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law or MACC’s confirmation for a given case.
