Policy

Shipping Policy

Shipping language should set realistic expectations around fulfillment mode, lead time, and split-shipment behavior while the catalog contract continues to mature.

Order processing

Orders should be reviewed against the active commerce configuration, product availability, and fulfillment type before final dispatch assumptions are presented to the shopper.

As the live MACC catalog stabilizes, product-level fulfillment messaging should become the primary source of truth for what ships immediately, what requires lead time, and what may ship separately.

Split shipments

Because the storefront supports manufactured, resale, and dropship products, some orders may be fulfilled in more than one shipment.

The broader site should prepare shoppers for that operational reality rather than implying a uniform shipping experience across the entire catalog.
